Avanti Tennis ("we", "us", "our") provides tennis coaching at East Camberwell Tennis Club. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through avantitenniscoaching.au and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or enrolment request through our website, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• the player's name and date of birth
• the parent or guardian's name, if the player is a child
• email address and phone number
• the program you are interested in, preferred days and times, and any message you include

We only collect information about a child with the consent of their parent or guardian. Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health details) through the website. If a player has a medical condition we should know about, we will ask for it on the enrolment form once your place is confirmed.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange a lesson or class
• place the player in the right program and group
• contact you about lessons, including cancellations, make-up classes and payments

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing newsletters.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where it is needed to deliver coaching, for example with East Camberwell Tennis Clubfor affiliate membership, or with Tennis Australia for programs such as Hot Shots Tennis. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Website form submissions are sent to us by email through our Australian web host. Our site is delivered through a content delivery network (Cloudflare), and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking and does not run analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting providers may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we store and protect it

Enquiries arrive in our email inbox. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify information we no longer need.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
